¿How to earn e-Kashes?

• The agency earns 3% in e-Kash from the total master account before taxes actually paid for a group, which may be redeem in the future.

• Applies for groups and events of minimun 10 rooms per night in any hotel of the following brands: Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn and The Explorean by Fiesta Americana (check participating hotels).

• Applies for events with a minimun amount of $25,000 USD.

• The e-Kash accrual process will be executed 30 days after the full payment colleted.

• E-Kash can be redeem in a period of 2 years from the accrual date.

• In a group that has a redemption, the agency earn e-Kashes for the paid amount.

¿How to expend my e-Kashes?

• Up to 15% of a group's total master account may be paid in e-Kash, the remaining amount must be paid by the agency.

• Only for redemption porpouses 1 e-Kash is equivalent to $1 USD.

• Applies for groups or events with a minimun expended amount of $25,000 USD.

• In order to pay with e-Kash, your designated Account Executive should be notified to realize the redemption.

• The amount paid in e-Kash will not be considered for invoicing.

• The e-Kash will be redeemed from agency account when the new group has been closed.
